i.	Date of Publication of Notification on Website	01-05-2026

 1.        Applications are invited from willing serving Railway employees working in regular Pay Level-1 to Pay Level-6 of 7^th CPC pay matrix of all Departments/Units across N F Railway for filling up of posts at Railway Institutes/Community Halls/Rang Bhawan and Railway Schools under Personnel Department of NFR/HQ/Maligaon as under :-

 i.     Railway Institutes/Community Halls/Rang Bhawan :

       (a) Rang Bhawan/Maligaon,         (b) Bishnu Prasad Rabha Bhawan/Goshala,

       (c) Kanaklata Bhawan/Goshala,   (d) Zubeen Garg Railway Bihutoli/Maligaon,

       (e) Kalyan Mandap/Pandu,           (f)  Railway Institute Central/Pandu

  

ii.    Railway Schools :

(a) Netaji Vidyapith RHSS, Maligaon,   

(b) Railway Higher Secondary School, Maligaon

2.    Posts to be filled up & Eligibility Criteria:

1.	Supervisor	Level-2 to Level-6	03	Employees working in Pay Level-2 to Pay Level-6 are eligible to apply for the Supervisor post at Railway Institutes/ Community Halls/ Rang Bhawan at Maligaon/Pandu area as listed at para 2.i above.
2.	Caretaker	Level-1	11	Employees working in Pay Level-1 only are eligible to apply for the Caretaker post at                Railway Institutes/Community Halls/Rang Bhawan and Railway Schools at Maligaon/ Pandu area as listed at para 2.i and 2.ii above.
		Total    =	14

i.   Those staff who are eligible should submit their application in the prescribed proforma enclosed as “Annexure – A” duly forwarded by their controlling officer.   ii.   The filled in application should be submitted online in PDF format latest by the last date of submission i.e. 15-05-2026 (17:30 hrs).
